| As you all know, Mike has started another new road. None of us know
where this final one will take him. I do know that he's with his Dad and
someday we'll all be together again. He lived a remarkable life, full of
adventure and accomplishments. He was a humble man and didn't have a
selfish bone in his body. His love for his family was unconditional and
our love for him was the same. He'll be missed by many but never will he
be forgotten.
"Footprints." Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never...ever...the same.
